Phil Siebert
Vice President

With over thirty years of construction experience, Phil Siebert prides himself on his ability to produce positive long term relationships with his clients. Phil's initial steps in the market were that of a union carpenter and carpenter foreman for a commercial construction company. After ten years of hands on experience, Phil joined Pacific West Builders, where he took on the responsibilities of supervision and project management for another decade to follow. Joining forces with Scott Hurst in 1991, the two formed Hurst & Siebert. Throughout the years Hurst & Siebert has been in business, Phil has been the principle in charge of ground-up and tenant improvement projects in several states outside of California, which include: Illinois, Nevada, Maryland, and Arizona. His years of working on site with various trades lends itself well to now being able to supervise projects in the most efficient way possible. Through value engineering and a true concern for the clients time and financial restraints, Phil is able to ensure that his team provide budgets and schedules that not only meet, but exceed, clients original expectations. Phil's ability to turn an architect or designers vision into a client's well received reality, is what defines him as an industry leader.
