Scott Hurst
President
As president of Hurst & Siebert, Scott Hurst contributes his specialized
knowledge and skill to every project the firm undertakes. Building on a
decade of hands-on construction experience, Scott founded his first company
in 1981, where he experienced a growth in sales of $25 million in commercial
tenant improvement projects within ten years. In 1991, Scott formed his
current company with Phil Siebert, his previous coworker of several years.
The partnership formed due to Scott and Phil's desire to own a company that
not only produced the highest quality projects, but also realized and
responded to all client's specific and individual needs. Scott has worked
projects in several city's, including New York, Chicago, and Las Vegas on
retail project's for repeat clients. When needed he regularly frequents
these city's in order to be fully abreast of daily on site operations. He
works closely with his entire staff to insure the proper execution of all
project demands. Scott's continued credibility with his client's and subcontractors
lends itself greatly to the overall view of Hurst & Siebert being so highly regarded.
Scott's objective for the future is to build on his company's current reputation of
being client focused as well as being a leading force in the construction industry. |
Phil Siebert
Vice President
With over thirty years of construction experience, Phil Siebert prides
himself on his ability to produce positive long term relationships with his
clients. Phil's initial steps in the market were that of a union carpenter
and carpenter foreman for a commercial construction company. After ten years
of hands on experience, Phil joined Pacific West Builders, where he took on
the responsibilities of supervision and project management for another
decade to follow. Joining forces with Scott Hurst in 1991, the two formed
Hurst & Siebert. Throughout the years Hurst & Siebert has been in business,
Phil has been the principle in charge of ground-up and tenant improvement
projects in several states outside of California, which include: Illinois,
Nevada, Maryland, and Arizona. His years of working on site with various
trades lends itself well to now being able to supervise projects in the most
efficient way possible. Through value engineering and a true concern for
the clients time and financial restraints, Phil is able to ensure that his
team provide budgets and schedules that not only meet, but exceed, clients
original expectations. Phil's ability to turn an architect or designers
vision into a client's well received reality, is what defines him as an
industry leader. |
